Services
Construction Services Include:
• Review bid documents for coordination and constructability
• Assist in value engineering suggestions, if needed
• Update of project budget and schedule
• Assess qualification of potential bidders
• Prepare bid list
• Coordinate the bidding process including document issuance, pre-bid conference
and acceptance of bids
• Receive and analyze bids - a very important task to ensure the project remains in budget and on schedule without surprises caused by improper scope of work
• Review and negotiate construction contract
• Coordinate permitting process with government jurisdictions
• Attend and coordinate project team meetings, as needed
• Coordinate contractor's schedule with other vendors
• Monitor and update schedule and budget
• Review and negotiation of changes
• Review and approve contractor's pay applications
• Inspect quality of work in place
• Assist with preparation and monitoring of punch-list work to insure quality and a timely completion
• Review and process closeout documents such as warranties, maintenance records and as-built drawings
• Coordinate training, if required

Recommendation and coordination of other vendors, including telephone/data cabling and systems, furniture and movers
