Kirbo Property Services Design Management Includes:
• Assist in selection of design consultants
• Review and negotiate design service contracts
• Prepare and update project schedule with milestone dates
• Assist in establishment and refinement of project budgets
• Attend programming meetings including design review
• Manage the design consultants with regard to schedule, budget and programming compliance
• Provide suggestions for value engineering, if required
• Review and approve design consultant payment applications
