 Todd Cohen, who has significant healthcare real estate experience in Metro Atlanta, joined Kirbo Property Services (KPS) in June 2002. As a partner in the firm, Todd brings over 14 years of strategic depth and breadth to the company's brokerage, development and project management services.
Before joining KPS, Todd served as Real Estate Manager for Cox Enterprises where he was responsible for the planning and administration of Cox's real estate portfolio in the Western third of the U.S. While under his management, this four million plus square-foot portfolio included five different companies and was valued at more than $700 million. Prior to Cox, Todd worked with Tom Kirbo at Cousins Properties Incorporated, where he was responsible for implementing more than $15 million in interior design and construction for 10 medical office buildings. Todd also worked for the Griffin Company and Gilbane Building Company, where he managed more than two million square feet of construction valued at more than $200 million for retail, commercial and institutional users.
Todd holds a bachelors degree in architectural engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a masters of business administration degree with a concentration in real estate from Georgia State University.
